About Stella

Photo Shoot, May 2013 Stella Louise Smith was born July 5, 2003 in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. Due to personal circumstances within her birth family she was turned over to the local baby house where she would spend the next 8 months waiting for a family to adopt her. That family came in the form of Liberty and Laura Smith who traveled to Kazakhstan to adopt Stella. On March 12, 2004, the government of Kazakhstan granted full, legal custody to Liberty and Laura and shortly thereafter came back to their home in Atlanta, Georgia where once the plane landed Stella became a United States citizen.
Stella’s interest in modeling began shortly after she won a contest for a major pizza chain to appear on their billboards and Internet adverts in Spring, 2012. She then signed to a local agency and from there the acting bug bit her. Stella continuously takes classes along with private coaching from many established local actors in the Atlanta area. Stella is trained in on-camera, improv, stage and musical stage. Outside of acting, Stella is like any other girl her age. She loves to spend time with her friends, is an avid animal lover and loves to sing. Stella has a Shih Tsu named Mia.

Stella is currently featured in a nationwide commercial for Toys ‘R’ Us and has just finished shooting an independent film called, “Test Group” and a short called, “Kyoko’s Mirror”.  She is currently filming a pilot called, “ScooterGirlz” and will be begin shooting a web series called, “MaddCiti”.
